Appointments

The Willis Center for Writing will be open for the summer term: June 6-July 31. 

Appointment Booking Update: As of June 2024, we have shifted our appointment booking system from WC Online to Penji. To schedule an appointment, please visit our UGA Penji Community. 

During the summer term we will offer a variety of appointment types at these locations:

• Miller Learning Center 370*
• GradsWrite Studio (Online & in Park Hall)
• Online (in Zoom or feedback by email)
• Main Library 620a

*Appointments in the MLC may be temporarily relocated to room 369 due to ongoing renovations in the regular Willis Center space, room 370. Please check both rooms if you are unable to access the room number listed on your appointment confirmation email.

Important dates:

• Our first day of service for the Summer 2024 semester is June 6.
• The Jill and Marvin Willis Center for Writing will be closed during holidays and school breaks.
• Last day of service for Summer 2024 is July 31.
