The Jill and Marvin Willis Center for Writing offers support to students, faculty, and staff on a wide variety of writing projects. Our services are free of cost and available to all UGA writers. We are strongly committed to providing our community with support.
General Information
We will be open for the fall semester August 19-December 3, 2024 and January 8-April 28, 2025 in the spring.
Booking an Appointment: To schedule an appointment, please visit our UGA WCW Penji Community or download the Penji app. You'll sign in with your UGA SSO credentials. (As of June 2024, we have shifted our appointment booking system from WC Online to Penji.)

The Jill and Marvin Willis Center for Writing will be closed during holidays, school breaks, and any other university closures or delays (e.g. due to weather)

Faculty/Staff requesting a class presentation or workshop: If you are interested in booking a presentation or classroom visit during the fall/spring semester, please complete this request form to discuss availability. Please request a class presentation at least 3 weeks in advance.
