Graduate Program Administrator

The Graduate Program Administrator will provide administrative support to the graduate program and the English faculty. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating and updating the department’s graduate program and procedures manual; coordinating the graduate application process; managing the admission of students and serving as a student liaison. Working with the faculty and the department head, the graduate administrator must manage multiple priorities and projects and demonstrate creativity, flexibility, self-motivation, and strong problem solving, analysis and communication skills.
